Add scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, and chopped cilantro to the bowl with the cooked turkey sausage. Stir gently to combine all ingredients evenly.

Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Divide the filling equally, approximately 2/3 cup per tortilla. Fold in edges and roll each tightly to enclose the filling.
