# What You’ll Need:

→ Meat

01 - ½ lb (8 oz) 99% lean ground turkey breast, uncooked

→ Seasonings

02 - ½ teaspoon salt, divided
03 - ¼ + ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, divided
04 - ⅓ teaspoon ground sage
05 - ⅓ teaspoon ground thyme
06 - ⅛ teaspoon dried marjoram
07 - ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
08 - ⅛ teaspoon paprika

→ Eggs and Dairy

09 - 4 large eggs
10 - 3 oz (approx. 85g) 50% reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Condiments and Fresh

11 - ¼ cup medium salsa
12 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

→ Wrappers

13 - 4 low carb 8-inch tortillas

# Steps to Make This:

01 - Combine ground turkey, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ground sage, ground thyme, dried marjoram, crushed red pepper flakes, and paprika in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until seasonings are evenly distributed.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and apply cooking spray. Add the seasoned turkey, break into small chunks, and cook until no longer pink and fully cooked through. Transfer cooked turkey to a clean bowl and wipe skillet clean.
03 - Whisk together eggs, remaining ¼ teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, and a splash of water. Heat skillet over medium heat with cooking spray, add eggs, and scramble until fully cooked. Break scrambled eggs into small pieces with a spatula.
04 - Add scrambled eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, and chopped cilantro to the bowl with the cooked turkey sausage. Stir gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
05 - Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Divide the filling equally, approximately 2/3 cup per tortilla. Fold in edges and roll each tightly to enclose the filling.
06 - Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat and coat lightly with cooking spray. Place burritos seam-side-down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and toast the opposite side for an additional 2 minutes.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For meal prepping, store filling separately and assemble burritos fresh before reheating. Burritos can be frozen wrapped tightly and kept up to three months.
