# What You’ll Need:

01 - 6 mozzarella sticks

→ Dry Ingredients

02 - ½ cup all-purpose flour
03 - ¾ cup breadcrumbs
04 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
05 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder

06 - 3 large eggs, beaten

# Steps to Make This:

01 - Place the all-purpose flour in a shallow bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Beat the eggs in a third bowl and set aside.
02 - Dip each mozzarella stick completely in the flour, then in the beaten egg mixture, followed by coating evenly with the breadcrumb mixture. Arrange coated sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 10 minutes to set the coating.
03 - Remove frozen sticks from the freezer and repeat dipping in beaten egg, then breadcrumbs for a thicker coating. Place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for an additional 15 minutes until fully frozen.
04 - Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (199°C) five minutes before cooking to ensure even heating.
05 - Place the frozen mozzarella sticks in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, spraying lightly with cooking spray. If necessary, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
06 - Cook the mozzarella sticks at 390°F (199°C) for 6 minutes until the outer layer is golden and crispy.
07 - Immediately garnish with fresh parsley and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
