Crock Pot Taco Sloppy Joes (Printer-Friendly)

Savory taco-inspired filling that works great on buns, tacos, burritos, or taco salads with minimal prep.

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 lb ground beef

→ Beans

02 - 1 can (16 oz) refried beans

→ Sauces and Seasonings

03 - 1 cup enchilada sauce
04 - 1 packet taco seasoning (approx. 1 oz)
05 - 1 cup salsa

→ Bread

06 - 8 hamburger buns

# Steps to Make This:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble and brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes, then drain excess grease.
02 - Add browned beef, refried beans, enchilada sauce, taco seasoning, and salsa into the slow cooker. Stir until well combined.
03 - Cover and cook on low for 4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
04 - Spoon the taco sloppy joe filling onto hamburger buns and garnish with preferred toppings.
