Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 3 to 5 minutes while preparing the chicken.

Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes, adjusting time according to weight.

Using a thermometer, verify the thickest part of the chicken reaches 159°F to 161°F (71°C to 72°C). If below, return to the air fryer for a few minutes and recheck.

Remove chicken breasts from the air fryer and place on a cutting board. Cover loosely with foil or a plate and allow to rest for 10 to 15 minutes to redistribute juices and complete cooking to 165°F (74°C).
