# What You’ll Need:

→ Nuts and Seeds

01 - 1 cup walnuts, raw
02 - 1/2 cup cashews, raw

→ Fruits

03 - 1 cup Deglet Noor dates, pitted

→ Superfood Powders

04 - 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
05 - 1 tablespoon reishi mushroom extract powder

→ Sweeteners

06 - 2 tablespoons honey (substitute maple syrup for vegan option)

# Steps to Make This:

01 - Soak walnuts and cashews in warm water for 2 hours, then drain thoroughly.
02 - In a food processor, combine soaked walnuts, cashews, and pitted dates. Pulse until finely chopped and combined.
03 - Add raw cacao powder, reishi mushroom extract, and honey to the nut-date mixture. Blend until the mixture forms a sticky, uniform dough.
04 - Roll the mixture into 20 equal-sized balls using clean hands.
05 - Place the bliss balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
