In the bottom of a large pitcher, gently muddle the sugared strawberries with the fresh mint leaves using a wooden spoon or muddler. Avoid over-mashing to preserve fruit texture.

Pour vodka and coconut rum into the pitcher. Add fresh lemon juice, stirring to fully dissolve the sugar and blend flavors.

Slowly add the chilled lemon-lime soda to the pitcher, stirring gently to keep the drink sparkling.

If desired, blend in a few drops of purple food coloring for vibrant hue. Optionally add a splash of grenadine or a few Jolly Rancher candies for extra sweetness and visual appeal.

Fill the pitcher with plenty of ice cubes. Top with lemon slices, extra whole strawberries, and additional mint leaves.
