Bold shrimp glazed in garlic honey, paired with crispy fries. Spicy, sweet, savory, and crisp—an irresistible combination.

# What You’ll Need:

→ For the shrimp

01 - 1.1 pounds raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 3 tablespoons honey
03 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped or pressed
04 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
05 - 1 teaspoon red chili flakes, or to taste

→ For the fries

06 - 4 medium russet potatoes, peeled
07 - Vegetable oil, for deep frying
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Make This:

01 - Peel the potatoes and cut into thin, even strips for uniform frying. Rinse thoroughly with cold water to remove surface starch.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potato strips and boil for 5 minutes. Drain immediately and pat dry thoroughly using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
03 - Preheat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large frying pan to 350°F. Working in batches, fry the potatoes for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden and crisp. Transfer to paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.
04 - In a large bowl, whisk together honey, chopped garlic, soy sauce, and red chili flakes. Add the shrimp and toss well to coat. Allow shrimp to marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
05 - Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp to the hot pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning once, until shrimp are pink, opaque, and the sauce is sticky and caramelized. Remove from heat immediately to avoid overcooking.
06 - Plate the crispy fries and top with spicy honey garlic shrimp. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Ensure potatoes are thoroughly dried before frying to enhance crispiness and prevent oil splatter.
