Set the oven to 350°F. Using a sharp bread knife, slice the sweet rolls horizontally, keeping top and bottom halves together. Place the bottom halves in an oven-safe baking dish.

Spread a thin, even layer of dressing over the bottom rolls. Layer deli-sliced corned beef over the dressing, covering the bread completely.
