Juicy beef patties layered with mexi-ranch, pico de gallo, and melted cheese in crispy tortillas.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Beef Patty

01 - 1/2 pound lean ground beef (90%-95% lean)
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Mexi-Ranch Sauce

04 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing
05 - 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
06 - 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
07 - 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

→ Assembly

08 - 2 street taco sized flour tortillas (about 5 inches diameter each)
09 - 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 1/4 cup fresh pico de gallo or chunky salsa
11 - 1/4 cup crisp lettuce, shredded

# Steps to Make This:

01 - Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into a 5-inch diameter patty approximately 1/2 inch thick.
02 - Heat a grill or griddle pan over medium heat and cook the patty for 5 minutes per side until medium-well done. Adjust cooking time if a different doneness is preferred.
03 - Place the shredded cheddar cheese evenly across one tortilla, then top with the second tortilla. Cook on medium heat in a clean pan until cheese is melted and tortillas are crisp, approximately 1-2 minutes per side.
04 - Combine ranch dressing, taco seasoning, lime juice, and chili powder in a small bowl. Mix well until smooth.
05 - Spread mexi-ranch sauce on the bottom tortilla, place the cooked burger patty on top, then layer with shredded lettuce and pico de gallo. Cover with the cheese-top tortilla to complete the assembly.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Use street taco-sized tortillas around 5 inches to best fit the burger patty size and ensure even cooking.
02 - Allow cooked patties and cheesy tortillas to cool slightly before assembly for easier handling.
