01 -
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
02 -
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until smooth. Cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk, bring to a simmer, and cook for 1 minute, whisking constantly. Remove from heat and stir in shredded Gruyere until melted. Set aside.
03 -
Place bottom halves of Hawaiian rolls, cut side up, in prepared baking dish. Layer sliced turkey evenly over the rolls.
04 -
Scatter chopped bacon over turkey layer. Spoon the cheese sauce on top and spread gently to cover evenly.
05 -
Top each with tomato slices followed by a sprinkle of shredded Gruyere cheese.
06 -
Place roll tops on each slider. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried onion flakes, and garlic powder. Brush mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
07 -
Cover the dish loosely with nonstick or lightly sprayed aluminum foil, taking care not to let the foil touch the rolls. Bake for 20 minutes.
08 -
Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until tops are golden brown.
09 -
Allow sliders to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
