Hot Fudge Brownie Bread (Printer-Friendly)

Moist chocolate loaf blending brownies and fudge, finished with a glossy hot fudge topping.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Bread Base

01 - 1 box brownie mix (18.4 ounces)
02 - 1 jar hot fudge sauce (about 12 ounces), at room temperature
03 - 3 large eggs
04 - 1/2 cup canola oil

→ Topping

05 - 1 jar hot fudge sauce (about 12 ounces), warmed

# Steps to Make This:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and thoroughly grease a standard loaf pan with nonstick baking spray.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, 1 jar of hot fudge sauce, eggs, and canola oil. Stir until fully blended and no lumps remain.
03 - Pour the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
04 - Allow the brownie bread to cool fully in the pan before gently transferring to a wire rack.
05 - Heat the second jar of hot fudge sauce until pourable. Drizzle liberally over the cooled loaf.
06 - Let the topping set until slightly firm. Slice and serve as desired.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For best slicing, ensure the loaf and fudge topping are completely cool and set before cutting.
02 - Bread can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days if tightly wrapped, or refrigerated for 5 to 6 days.
03 - Slicing is easier with a serrated knife.
