# What You’ll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup smooth peanut butter
02 - 1/4 cup chia seeds
03 - 1/4 cup flax seeds
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
05 - 3 tablespoons honey
06 - 2 cups puffed rice cereal, crushed

→ Coating

07 - 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
08 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil

→ Decoration

09 - 12 candy eyes
10 - 12 red chocolate mini balls
11 - 24 pretzel pieces (for antlers)

# Steps to Make This:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, and honey. Microwave for 15 seconds, then stir until fully incorporated.
02 - Fold in the crushed puffed rice cereal until evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
03 - Using a tablespoon measure, scoop and roll the mixture into balls. Place them on a lined baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes.
04 - Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
05 - Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, shake off excess, place back on the baking sheet, then garnish with candy eyes, red chocolate balls for noses, and pretzel pieces as antlers.
06 - Freeze the decorated balls for 10 minutes before serving or storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

# Additional Notes:

01 - If the mixture becomes too soft to handle, chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before rolling.
02 - Have extra pretzels on hand as antlers can break during assembly.
03 - Reheat chocolate briefly in the microwave if it begins to solidify during dipping.
