# What You’ll Need:

01 - 67.6 fl oz (2 liters) chilled cream soda
02 - 1 tsp caramel extract
03 - 1 tsp butter extract

04 - 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
05 - 2 tbsp powdered sugar, sifted
06 - 2 tbsp butterscotch topping (pourable)

# Steps to Make This:

01 - Using a stand or hand mixer, whip the cold heavy cream on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
02 - Gently fold the powdered sugar and butterscotch topping into the whipped cream until evenly combined and smooth.
03 - Pour chilled cream soda into a large pitcher, then add caramel and butter extracts. Stir gently to blend without losing carbonation.
04 - Divide the soda mixture evenly into glasses, leaving room for the cream topping. Spoon or pipe the butterscotch whipped cream over each glass and serve immediately.
