Combine olive oil, seasoned rice vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, rosemary, optional red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon slices in a resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake to mix thoroughly.

Add chicken breasts to the bag, remove excess air, and massage the marinade into the meat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors infuse and tenderize the chicken.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (approximately 350°F). Clean grill grates to prevent sticking.

Place marinated chicken breasts on the grill, discard leftover marinade. Position lemon slices on the upper grill rack or on foil beside the chicken to gently heat them for garnish.
