Juicy steak bites coated in garlic butter paired with crispy, golden potatoes for a satisfying meal.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Beef

01 - 12 oz ribeye or New York strip steak, cut into 1 to 1.5 inch cubes
02 - 1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
03 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
04 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
06 - 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

→ Potatoes

07 - 2 medium russet potatoes (about 12 oz), peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
08 - 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
09 - 1 tsp seasoned salt

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

10 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter
11 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

# Steps to Make This:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine steak cubes with olive oil, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for 15 to 30 minutes at room temperature.
02 - Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Rinse under cold water to remove starch, then pat dry thoroughly with paper towels. Toss the potatoes with olive oil and seasoned salt until evenly coated.
03 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Arrange potatoes in a single layer and air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even browning and crispiness.
04 - Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated steak bites in a single layer and sear undisturbed for 2 to 3 minutes until a crust forms. Flip and cook to desired doneness (medium rare to well done).
05 - During the last minute of cooking, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Swirl to melt butter and release garlic fragrance. Spoon the garlic butter over steak to infuse flavor.
06 - Place crispy potatoes on a serving platter. Top with hot garlic butter steak bites and drizzle any remaining sauce over the dish. Serve immediately while hot.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For maximum crispiness, ensure potatoes are completely dry before air frying.
02 - Allow steak bites to rest for a few minutes after searing to retain juices.
03 - Spoon garlic butter onto steak off heat to prevent garlic from burning.
