# Steps to Make This:

01 - Add ground beef, crumbled bacon, diced onion, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, chopped jalapeños, BBQ sauce, rolled oats, and water directly into the slow cooker.
02 - Stir all ingredients together until evenly combined to ensure consistent flavor and texture.
03 - Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and encourage even cooking.
04 - Spoon the mixture onto toasted buns, top each with a slice of Colby Jack cheese and crispy onions. Add extra jalapeños and BBQ sauce if desired before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For best texture, brown and drain the ground beef before adding to the slow cooker.
02 - Reheat leftovers gently and add a splash of water or broth if mixture thickens excessively.
