# What You’ll Need:

01 - 6 medium yellow potatoes, washed and quartered
02 - 1 medium yellow onion, diced
03 - 1 can (14.5 oz) green beans, drained

→ Meat

04 - 12 oz smoked sausage (Andouille, kielbasa, or turkey sausage), sliced

→ Seasonings and Spices

05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
10 - 1 packet (28 g) Italian dressing seasoning mix

→ Fats

11 - 1 stick (113 g) unsalted butter

# Steps to Make This:

01 - Place washed and quartered yellow potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle evenly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
02 - Scatter diced yellow onion on top of the seasoned potatoes and mix gently to combine.
03 - Arrange sliced smoked sausage over the potato and onion mixture, then add the drained green beans on top.
04 - Sprinkle the Italian dressing seasoning evenly over all ingredients and place the whole stick of unsalted butter on top.
05 - Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6 to 7 hours or on high heat for 3 to 4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
06 - Remove lid, mix gently if desired, and serve warm.
