Place chicken pieces in a large resealable plastic bag or mixing bowl. Add spice blend and seal or cover, then shake or stir thoroughly to evenly coat each piece.

Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add chicken pieces in a single layer without overcrowding, cooking in batches if necessary. Sauté for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring every few minutes to allow browning on each side until chicken is cooked through and golden.
