Soft tortillas loaded with garlic-infused chicken and melty cheese for a hearty, flavorful meal.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Protein

01 - 2 cups cooked, diced chicken breast

→ Aromatics

02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced

→ Oils and Fats

03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 tablespoon butter

→ Cheese

05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Bread

07 - 4 medium flour tortillas

→ Herbs and Seasonings

08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
09 - Salt and black pepper to taste

# Steps to Make This:

01 - Season chicken breast lightly with salt and black pepper. Cook by baking, sautéing, or grilling until fully cooked. Dice into small bite-sized pieces and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant, approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute.
03 - Add diced chicken to the garlic oil in the pan. Toss to coat evenly and infuse flavor.
04 - Remove pan from heat. Stir in shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses while chicken mixture is still hot to begin melting the cheese.
05 - Place one flour tortilla flat on a work surface. Spoon a generous portion of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center. Fold sides inward and roll tightly like a burrito.
06 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet and press gently. Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Flip carefully to retain filling.
07 - Remove toasted wraps from skillet and let rest for 1 to 2 minutes. Optionally, sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - To enhance garlic flavor, brush the outside of tortillas with garlic butter before toasting.
02 - Use rotisserie or ground cooked chicken for faster preparation or different texture.
03 - For gluten-free options, substitute certified gluten-free tortillas.
04 - Reheat wraps in a skillet or toaster oven to maintain crispness instead of microwave reheating.
