Season chicken breast lightly with salt and black pepper. Cook by baking, sautéing, or grilling until fully cooked. Dice into small bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant, approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Add diced chicken to the garlic oil in the pan. Toss to coat evenly and infuse flavor.

Remove pan from heat. Stir in shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses while chicken mixture is still hot to begin melting the cheese.

Place one flour tortilla flat on a work surface. Spoon a generous portion of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center. Fold sides inward and roll tightly like a burrito.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet and press gently. Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Flip carefully to retain filling.

Remove toasted wraps from skillet and let rest for 1 to 2 minutes. Optionally, sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving warm.
