# What You’ll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 2 tubes refrigerated pizza dough (approx. 226 grams each)

→ Filling

02 - 225 grams cream cheese, softened
03 - 100 grams cooked bacon, crumbled
04 - 1 small jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (seeds removed for milder heat)
05 - 60 grams red onion, finely diced

→ Topping

06 - 115 grams white cheddar cheese, shredded
07 - 30 grams unsalted butter
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

# Steps to Make This:

01 - Stack the two tubes of pizza dough together and flatten gently into a uniform layer approximately 20 cm square.
02 - Combine softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped jalapeño, and diced red onion in a bowl until thoroughly blended.
03 - Spread the filling evenly over the flattened dough. Fold the dough over and cut into strips. Twist each strip and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
04 - Sprinkle shredded white cheddar evenly over each twisted strip.
05 - Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
06 - Melt butter with minced garlic and brush over the warm twists just out of the oven to enhance flavor and gloss.

02 - Freeze fully baked twists up to one month; thaw and reheat in oven adding a fresh garlic butter brush.
