# What You’ll Need:

→ Wraps

01 - 4 large flour or corn tortillas

→ Beef Filling

02 - 1.1 pounds ground beef
03 - 1 tablespoon canola oil or olive oil
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Vegetables

06 - 1 small head iceberg lettuce, chopped (about 3.5 ounces)
07 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
08 - 3.5 ounces dill pickles, thinly sliced

→ Cheese

09 - 7 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced

→ Special Sauce

10 - 0.4 cup mayonnaise
11 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
12 - 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
13 - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
14 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
15 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
16 - Salt, to taste
17 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Make This:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Whisk until smooth. Set aside to allow flavors to meld.
02 - Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add oil. Add ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Sauté, breaking apart with a spoon, for 5 to 7 minutes until fully cooked and evenly browned. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
03 - Wash and dry lettuce, then chop into small pieces. Thinly slice pickles and finely chop onion. Set aside for assembly.
04 - Lay out tortillas. Distribute cooked beef evenly on each tortilla, followed by chopped lettuce, sliced cheddar cheese, pickles, and onion. Drizzle each wrap with special sauce.
05 - Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go. Slice in half if desired. Serve warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Allow special sauce to rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before using to enhance its flavor.
