# What You’ll Need:

→ Beef Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning

→ Nacho Cheese Mixture

03 - 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
04 - 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained

→ Fresh Toppings

05 - ⅓ cup sour cream
06 - ½ cup chopped bell peppers
07 - ½ cup chopped onions
08 - Shredded lettuce, to taste

→ For Wrapping

09 - Crumbled nacho cheese Doritos, for topping
10 - 4 large flour tortillas

# Steps to Make This:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up meat. Drain excess grease.
02 - Stir in taco seasoning until fully incorporated. Set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add chopped onions and bell peppers. Sauté over medium heat until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
04 - In a mixing bowl, combine nacho cheese sauce with drained Rotel tomatoes and mix until smooth.
05 - Place four large flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a layer of nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
06 - Top each tortilla with sour cream, sautéed vegetables, seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, and a sprinkle of crumbled Doritos.
07 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to form burrito-style wraps.
08 - Heat the skillet over medium heat and toast each wrap until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
09 - Cut wraps in half if desired and serve immediately while warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Lightly toasting tortillas before assembling enhances texture and flavor.
02 - Drain tomatoes thoroughly to prevent sogginess.
03 - Adjust seasoning to taste for spiciness.
04 - Keep assembled wraps warm in a low oven until serving.
