→ Serving Suggestions

13 - 2 cups cooked white jasmine or basmati rice
14 - 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
15 - 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
16 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
17 - 1/2 cup shelled edamame
18 - 1/2 cup cooked broccoli florets
19 - 2 tbsp sliced green onions
20 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
21 - Microgreens for garnish (optional)

# Steps to Make This:

01 - Set the air fryer to 400°F and allow it to preheat if your model requires it.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine salmon cubes with brown sugar, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss gently to ensure even coating.
03 - Whisk together Kewpie mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha, and fresh lime juice in a separate bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Divide into two portions; refrigerate one for serving later.
04 - Pour half of the bang bang sauce over the seasoned salmon and toss to coat each piece thoroughly.
05 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil. Arrange salmon in a single layer without overcrowding. Air fry for 5-6 minutes, flip the pieces, then cook for another 5-6 minutes until salmon is cooked through and caramelized. Repeat with remaining salmon if needed.
06 - Spoon cooked rice into bowls, top with air-fried salmon, and add desired vegetables such as cucumber, shredded cabbage, carrots, edamame, and broccoli. Drizzle with reserved bang bang sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and microgreens if using.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For best results, cook salmon in batches in the air fryer to avoid overcrowding and ensure crisp edges.
02 - Alternatively, bake salmon at 400°F for 14-16 minutes, flipping halfway, then toss with sauce after cooking to prevent burning.
03 - Use air fryer liners carefully: place salmon on top before cooking; do not preheat with liner inside.
