Juicy beef and crispy bacon layered with cheddar on soft, buttery Hawaiian rolls, baked for a flavorful slider treat.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Beef Mixture

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef (85/15)
02 - 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/4 cup secret burger sauce
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Bacon

09 - 8 slices bacon

→ Sliders

10 - 12 King's Hawaiian dinner rolls
11 - 12 slices sharp cheddar cheese

→ Butter Glaze

12 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
13 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
14 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
15 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
16 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

# Steps to Make This:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté ground beef with onion and garlic until browned and no longer pink, breaking up the meat. Drain excess grease.
03 - Transfer beef to a bowl; stir in secret sauce, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder until combined. Set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Let cool slightly, then crumble into bite-sized pieces.
05 - Using a bread knife, slice slider buns in half horizontally, keeping tops attached. Lay bottom halves on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Layer 6 slices of cheddar evenly over the buns, spread the beef mixture on top, then place the remaining 6 cheese slices and crumbled bacon. Cover with top halves of the buns.
07 - Stir melted butter, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
08 - Cover sliders loosely with foil and bake for 15–20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes for a toasted finish if desired.
09 - Serve warm immediately, optionally accompanied by pickles, sliced tomato, red onion, or shredded lettuce.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Drain cooked ground beef well to prevent soggy sliders.
02 - Layer cheese both under and over the beef to hold sliders together.
03 - Tenting with foil during baking keeps buns soft while cheese melts.
04 - Leftovers store well refrigerated up to 3 days and reheat in microwave.
