Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the refrigerated pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan and crimp edges as desired. Prick the bottom with a fork.

Line crust with parchment paper or foil and fill with pie weights or dry beans. Bake on middle rack for 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove parchment and weights, then bake crust for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until bottom is dry and lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

In a large bowl, whisk together apple butter, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and all-purpose flour until smooth and fully combined.

Pour filling into prepared crust and smooth the surface. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes on the middle rack, until edges are set but the center retains a slight jiggle.
