# What You’ll Need:

→ Shrimp

01 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on or off

→ Seasoning

02 - 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
05 - ½ tsp onion powder
06 - ½ tsp salt
07 - ½ tsp black pepper
08 - ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

09 - Juice of ½ lemon

→ Optional Dipping Sauce

10 - ¼ cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
11 - 1 tbsp ketchup
12 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
13 - ½ tsp garlic powder
14 - 1 tsp lemon juice
15 - Pinch of paprika

# Steps to Make This:

01 - Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Place in mixing bowl and drizzle with olive or avocado oil. Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Toss until evenly coated.
02 - Set air fryer to 400°F and preheat for 3 minutes. Lightly spray basket with cooking spray if needed to prevent sticking.
03 - Arrange shrimp in a single layer in air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through, until shrimp are pink, curled, and edges are lightly crisp. Remove and squeeze fresh lemon juice over shrimp.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, and paprika. Chill until serving.
05 - Serve shrimp hot with optional dipping sauce, over salads, inside tacos, or alongside rice. Garnish with parsley, green onion, or lemon wedges if desired.
