Air fryer pork tenderloin is juicy and tender with sweet, savory glaze and simple pantry ingredients.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Marinade

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon honey
05 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
06 - 2 tablespoons honey mustard
07 - 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
09 - 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
10 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
11 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste

→ Pork

12 - 1 pork tenderloin, approximately 1.25 pounds, trimmed

# Steps to Make This:

01 - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, brown sugar, honey mustard, minced garlic, lemon juice, poultry seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is homogeneous.
02 - Place the trimmed pork tenderloin in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow container. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring the meat is well coated. Seal and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours, or overnight for optimum flavor infusion.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 1 to 2 minutes, following the manufacturer's recommendations.
04 - Remove the pork tenderloin from the marinade and allow any excess liquid to drip off. Place the tenderloin in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 5 minutes.
05 - Lower the air fryer temperature to 325°F and continue cooking the pork tenderloin for 12 to 15 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 145°F.
06 - Transfer the cooked pork tenderloin to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing to preserve juices and tenderness.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For best results, remove the silver skin from the pork tenderloin before marinating. Always check doneness with a meat thermometer, not by color alone.
